As a user of this website (referred to as “you/your”), you may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions (which include any other important hyper-linked sections e.g. ( Order and Delivery Help , Privacy Policy , Returns and Refunds) and your use of this website including any transactions you make is subject to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree these terms and conditions then you must not place any order. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order.

2. For orders made from the UK or other EU countries, local vat rates apply. For non-EU country orders, all local vat, duties and sales taxes due on importation are the responsibility of the customer.
3. The goods advertised for sale on this web site are goods that you may offer to purchase. The only orders that will be considered are those made either using the online form available from the site or made in accordance with the terms laid out in the page(s) of this site relating to postal orders (as appropriate).
4. No agreement for the sale of those goods hereunder shall be considered completed until such time as we have accepted your offer to purchase them. The only way in which we will be deemed to have accepted your offer to purchase such goods is by processing your credit/debit card in order to charge your card or debit your account or by cashing your cheque or bankers draft.
5. The orders for goods available for purchase from Amplifico.net are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw at any time any goods advertised for sale in Amplifico.net. It is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase.
6. When you place an order for payment by credit/debit card we will process the completed online order form. That or our receipt of a postal form for (sales to be paid by cheque or bankers draft) does not constitute our agreement to sell you the goods or services you have ordered. We shall have the right in our discretion and without reason to decline or cancel your order at any time before and without charging your card/debiting your account/cashing your cheque or bankers draft.
7. Once we charge your card/debit your account or have cashed your cheque or bankers draft we shall be taken to have accepted your order.
8. We aim to dispatch goods within 14 days of accepting your order (or by such delivery date as is informed to you when you place your order) but this may be delayed if it is out of stock. However, please allow 21 days for delivery. You should note that the carriage of the goods is not handled by Amplifico.net so we are unable to handle queries as to the status of their delivery to you. However, if your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of our accepting your order or if you have any queries relating to your order, you should contact us by e-mail at shop@amplifico.net.
9. The prices quoted on the Amplifico.net web site may vary from time to time and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that the information is current it may be that between receiving your order and us accepting it the price changes. In that event we will endeavour to contact you to see if you still wish us to process your order at the revised price. Alternatively, in our discretion we shall have the right not to accept your order but to cancel it.
10. If for any reason, having accepted your order by charging your card/debiting your account/cashing your cheque or bankers draft, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you accordingly and arrange for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods that we were unable to supply to be given to you. You agree that Amplifico.net total liability and your remedies in such a case will be limited to payment of that refund. No interest shall in any event be payable on any amounts owing or re-paid.
Returns and cancellation
11. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within 30 days of the date of notice of cancellation. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items such as earrings and cosmetics that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food and flowers), and periodicals/magazines.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see Contact Us details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to us at the address given in the Contact Us page, or we can arrange collection free of charge.
You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. You may not cancel accommodation, transport or leisure services which occur on a specific date. The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.

12. If your goods arrive in a faulty or damaged condition then Amplifico.net will arrange for a replacement of the damaged/faulty goods to be sent to you free of charge (subject to the other terms of this agreement) but only if you comply with the following conditions: (i) you must already have paid for the goods complained of; (ii) you must inform us of your complaint by e-mail within seven days of your receipt of the damaged goods; (iii) you must return the goods complained of to reach us within 14 days of the date of receipt by you; (iv) we must be satisfied that the goods were faulty when dispatched or damaged in transit; (v) the post and packaging costs of returning the goods to us must be pre-paid by you.

Amplifico.net will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Amplifico.net accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.

Subject to Section 15 above, other than as expressly provided in these terms and conditions with respect to specific products and except for the exclusive remedies set out at Sections 11 and 12 above, any indemnities, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

Subject to Section 15 above, Amplifico.net will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), for pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the terms and conditions for any:
economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
loss of goodwill or reputation; or
special or indirect losses
suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.
19. Notwithstanding the above, subject to Section 15 Amplifico.net's aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same clause.
20. Clauses 15 to 19 do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
21. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Amplifico.net shall not be liable for any loss suffered or incurred by you as a result of the failure or inability to perform or delay in performing under this agreement by reason of an act of God, fire, flood, strike, lock-out or other industrial dispute, explosion, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, postal delay, communication failure, law, order or regulation or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance beyond our control.
