Alpha Stim - Returns Policy: Your Alpha Stim unit (not battery or accessories) carries a 5 year warranty with the manufacturers. You must register the product as soon as possible upon receipt. Please note that non-defective products are not refundable and you should check with your doctor to check that the Alpha Stim is suitable for you to use prior to purchase.
Proteus
The Proteus unit comes with a 12 month warranty against defect. Should there be a manufacturing fault, please contact The Fresh Brain Company Ltd to arrange a replacement. The item also comes with a registration card (or online) and the item must be registered as soon as possible after purchase.
SEMINARS - REFUNDS POLICY
Seminar, masterclass and workshop bookings must be cancelled with 7 days notice to secure a refund. This is because of the maximum headcount per workshop etc.
Participants who book their place on the understanding that they will pay on the day and then fail to turn up will ALWAYS be billed for their place fee.
Distance Selling Policy for Product Purchases
Under the distance selling rules, customers have a 7 day "cooling off" period after the good are received to change their minds and return the unused product.
This does NOT apply to CDs and DVDs, written material (i.e. books, downloadable PDF files) or audio programs.
This does NOT apply to customers who try out the product - i.e. take out the Alphastim and use it and then decide to return it. Refunds will ONLY be given to UNOPENED and UNUSED items that are returned in the condition in which they were sent to the customer.
