While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this web site does not constitute an offer for sale.
Fibreglass Goods are normally dispatched within 5 days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Accessories are normally despatched within 48 hours.

Prices.
The price shown for the goods excludes a postage and packing cost unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the checkout section once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Custom Minis do not charge VAT
Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
Cancellation and Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you have a right to cancel the contract, return the products and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods.
If a refund of monies is chosen, we will deduct the initial postage charge and the return postage charge from the refund.
Please send an e-mail to us or call us within 7 days of receiving your order before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and the reason why.
All parcel damages need to be reported within 24 hours.
Colours
Custom Minis only produce Fibreglass products in either White or Black gel coat as standard, if other colours are shown on the web site then this is due to the product being painted.
Other gel coat colours are available on request but are subject to a surcharge.
Confidentiality
We do not keep a record of credit card details or payment information.
Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Jurisdiction
The Contract of sale will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
