| Next day delivery |
| We offer next day delivery on all orders placed by 12 midday Monday to Thursday (to be delivered Tuesday to Friday). Any orders placed on a public or bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day for delivery the day after. | |

| Delivery charges |
| Delivery is included on all hampers. There is a standard delivery charge of £7.50 on all other orders.
For some deliveries, extra charges will apply such as parcels going to Eire, Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland. If necessary we will contact customers direct to amend the costs upon receipt of the order. | |

| Delivery arrangements |
| We can still deliver even if no one is in. We will simply leave the parcel in a secure place and put a card with instructions as to where it is.
If you know you are going to be out and would prefer to leave instructions where to leave your parcel, eg in the porch, with neighbours etc, there is an option to do so at the checkout.
If the order is being sent as a gift, it is essential to inform the recipient. We also require their correct postcode, telephone number and any delivery instructions (as above) if required. | |

| Delivery queries |
| Packages can very occasionally be delayed or undelivered by the courier. Delivery is any time between 9am and 5.30pm but please advise us as soon as you have any queries. If an incorrect address is given by the customer, Dartmouth Smokehouse cannot be held responsible for any problem regarding its delivery. | |

| Overseas orders |
| Due to the fragile nature of our products, we are unable to send orders overseas. | |
|
| Processing your order |
| When you have made your selection and sent the order and delivery details, we may call you to confirm and process the order. All credit and debit card transactions will be processed on receipt of your order. | |

| Substitutions |
| In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will make substitutions of equal or higher value from our range. All weights are approximate. | |

| Photography |
| Our photography is a good guide to what is contained in each hamper, however, you should check the written details to confirm the full contents. | |

| Discounts and offers |
| Discounts and/or offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. | |

| Product care |
| All products must be refrigerated and consumed within three days of opening and before the clearly marked use by date. Alternatively, they may be frozen for up to three months in a domestic freezer. Freeze on day of delivery, defrost for 24 hours in the refrigerator and use within three days of opening. | |
