We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order for receipt within 5-7 working days. If you choose to Fast track your order you should receive it within 3 working days.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is 4 euros for smaller items (sent via An Post), 7.50 euros for larger items (sent via Fastway couriers), both methods ensure delivery within 5-7 working days. Alternatively you can choose to have your order fastracked if you would like to receive it a little bit faster (2-3 working days). Fast tracking costs 10 euros for larger items. If you would like faster delivery on smaller items, that would normally be sent via An Post, please phone us to arrange.

DELIVERY

Your goods are normally delivered within 5 to 7 working days of date of order.

NOTIFICATION

All orders can be tracked up to the point of shipping within the Kiddimatters website at www.kiddimatters.ie

In addition, you will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Last date for guaranteed shipping before Christmas is December the 19th 2008, after this date we will ship Monday the 22nd, but cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas. After this, our courier system is closed until January 2nd, so we will dispatch any orders received over Christmas in that week (in the order they were received).
