Dispatch policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of payment confirmation but this can take longer in busy times. We send goods on a three-day delivery service unless you pay extra for a different service; for the UK only we offer a next-day delivery Monday-Friday for orders received before 12.00noon. Orders received before 12.00 on a Friday are normally received on the Monday (although some transport depots may deliver on a Saturday). Any orders placed from 12 December 2008 may NOT reach their UK recipient on time with the standard service. If you purchase goods needed for Christmas, please make sure that your order is placed before 12noon on Monday 22 December.

If goods are not in stock, we will send you those that are available and your delivery note will show items which will follow when available. For items indefinitely out of stock, a refund cheque will follow.

Christmas trading hours: the shop will be closed 24-28 December 2008 and 1-4 January 2009. You may still place an order but it won't be processed until the offices reopen. Merry Christmas and happy new year!

Prices and tax

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to non-European Union countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Cancellation and returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods or wish to cancel your order, you have the right to do this within seven days of placing the order or being in receipt of the goods. All goods must be returned within seven days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to: Leukaemia Research Trading, Long Rock, Penzance TR93 0LU.

Colours and sizes

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality

All confidential information is held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Your credit card details remain with our payment partner WorldPay and do not reach Leukaemia Research. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1984 & 1998.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer rights

None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

LRF Trading Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leukaemia Research. All profits from the sale of the merchandise offered by LRF Trading are gifted entirely to Leukaemia Research in a tax efficient manner.
