While we try to hold small numbers of items on the shelf for orders, Model Design Construction (MDC) does not hold significant quantities of any one item - we don't as a rule build in order to Stock. When you order an item we may need to make it specifically for your order, and while this may take a little longer, we feel that the quality of the item is better maintained in this way.
We aim to despatch orders within a month of receipt, though it usually much faster. If there is a problem with an item which will cause a delay to this one month despatch expectation, we will do our best to let you know.
Resin kits are always sent first class : orders from overseas are sent by Air Mail. Large orders will be sent either Recorded Delivery or International Recorded delivery as appropriate.
