How to Return an Item

Return Policy: There is a 10 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
• No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.
• We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
• We generally do not believe in charging restocking fees, however, to protect My Secret Pleasures against abuse of this policy, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 25%) at our discretion.

Return Procedure: The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.

1.      Contact customer service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number, "RMA".

2.      Include a copy of invoice which was received with the product(s).

3.      To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
