Dispatch Policy

We make every effort to ensure that all products offered for sale are in stock and available for dispatch. Having received your payment we aim to dispatch your order with 48 hours and usually quicker. In the unlikely event of a delay we will always try to contact you to notify you of this. In this case we will of course offer a full refund if you wish to cancell your order. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

All goods will be dispatched under plain cover for your privacy. Our deliveries are carried as follows:

1-3 items - Royal Mail First Class Post

4+ Items or Expensive Items - Insured Courier Delivery

Prices and Tax.

The prices displayed are the total prices excluding postage and packing. We do not believe in giving people unfair prices by then adding VAT at the checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is charged at £3.99 per order no matter how large the order is.

Cancellation and Returns

Due to the nature of the goods we supply we are unable to accept returns unless the goods are faulty on delivery. If this is the case please E-mail us with details of the fault and we will exchange or refund at your request.

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to the limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality

All orders will be treated in the strictest confidence and your personal details will be used only to process your order. We will not pass your details to third parties for mailing lists at any time. You may opt to join our mailing list but can opt out at any time.

Credit/Debit cards are processed through the Paypal secure server. We do not retain your credit card details. We know that some on-line companies offer the option of saving your details in the checkout for future orders. We do not offer this faclility as we think that a couple of extra minutes typing in your details is a small price to pay for the knowledge of knowing your card details are not stored anywhere.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and our suppliers against any claims, losses, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site and any products purchased.

Jurisdiction

The contract of sale will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
