Ruby Returns Policy

You may return or exchange any item (with the exception of pierced earrings) purchased from our on line store within 14 days of purchase. For all items, Red Ruby Rouge will be happy to offer a full refund or in store credit provided the item is returned fully intact (please keep the labels on the item) along with the proof of purchase within the 14 day period. Please note, shipping costs cannot be refunded. Returned items may be shipped via courier or Royal Mail dependant on the customer preference, please obtain proof of posting to show when the item was sent. We do ask that you email us at info@redrubyrouge.com with ‘Return’ in the subject line to confirm to us that you are returning an item. We will contact you on receipt and confirm with you which form of refund you prefer.
