How long will my order take?

Orders are usually despatched within 3 working days.  If you have a deadline, please let us know via email at sales@affinityjewellery.co.uk.

What delivery service do you use?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class post.

What payment methods do you accept?

All online payments are via Paypal who accept all the major credit/debit cards.  You do not need to have an account to pay online. 

Do you ship overseas?

Affinity Jewellery currently do not ship overseas.

Is your website secure?

Yes.  You can order with confidence.  When you checkout you will see the padlock to assure you that you are on a secure website and your payment will be processed safely.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a "no quibbles" guarantee which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with an item purchased you may return the goods.
