Distance Selling

 

Under the distance selling rules, customers have a 7 day "cooling off" period after the good are received to change their minds and return the unused product.

This does NOT apply to CDs and DVDs, written material (i.e. books, downloadable PDF files) or audio programs.

This does NOT apply to customers who try out the product - i.e. take it out and use it and then decide to return it used, but otherwise without defect.

Refunds will ONLY be given to UNOPENED and UNUSED items that are returned in the condition in which they were sent to the customer.
