How to order

Ordering Online

1. Look through the items for sale by using the navigation on the left hand side.
2. When you find an item you’d like to purchase, click ‘Add To Basket’.
3. The number of items you have ordered will appear at the top right-hand side of the screen, along with the total cost and a link to ‘Go To Checkout’.
4. When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click ‘Go To Checkout’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
5. In the Checkout, you can alter the number of different items you wish to purchase and add a donation, if preferred.
6. Click ‘Pay by CreditCard’ to continue.
7. Please complete your name and address details. We ask for an email address or phone number in case we need to contact you.
8. You will then get a summary of your payment & order.
9. Finally, enter your credit / debit card information. This information is processed by WorldPay, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group and founded in 1993. WorldPay payment solutions are trusted by thousands of businesses, big and small, including MacMillan Cancer Relief, Princess Diana Memorial Fund, The Economist, Financial Times, Virgin, Mars, Channel 4, British Standards Institute and PC World.
10. Your order will then be confirmed and processed.

Simply call our friendly customer services team to place your order.

Your call will be answered in person between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Out of these hours you can place your order by leaving your details on our automated answer machine. Don't forget to have your credit card ready!

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Last Order Date

Last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Friday 12th December 2008, although this could be affected by postal strikes.

This rate is to cover the cost of picking and packaging your order as well as postage.

Orders up to £10.00: £2.95

Orders between £10.01 - £25.00: £4.95

Orders between £25.01 - £50.00: £6.49

Orders over £50.00: FREE

Overseas Postage and Packing

Europe: £8.50

Rest of World: £14.50
