Bespoke Design Services

Our designers can match an existing web site design in order to integrate ecommerce services in to your existing site or design your entire site 'from the ground up'. We follow a strict eight point design protocol to develop the look and feel of your site.

1. Initially we conduct a requirements gathering exercise. Your feedback provides us with the framework for the first consultation.
2. The consultation then covers all aspects of the design and functionality of your web site.
3. Our designers then create a wire-frame layout of the design once complete a mock-up is created and sent to you for review.
4. Your thoughts and opinions regarding the mock-up help us to define the look and feel of your new site.
5. A designer allocated to your project will send the mock-ups to you for review and then revise and amend the mock-ups up to three times as necessary.
6. Once you are satisfied with the look and feel we ask for your written approval.
7. Once we have covered all of these steps we optimise your approved artwork, develop all the required code and integrate all of the graphic elements.
8. When all of these steps have been completed we perform usability tests on your new site.

Bespoke Integration Services.

The Shopcreator Enterprise package can be integrated with any back-office, fulfilment, accounting and other business service systems. We perform thorough requirements analysis of all systems enabling us to provide first class ecommerce integration services. Our PRINCE2 trained Project Manager can then provide accurate timelines for the completion of an integration. All of our integrations are thoroughly tested prior to and after release.
