Apart from optional extras ordered separately, all prices are inclusive of delivery to UK mainland address of your choice and within 48 working hours of your order. Small items up to 30kg are despatched using Parcelforce and take up to 72 hours from date of despatch. PlayCentres are heavy items, it is essential that there be someone at the delivery address to assist the driver.

Action Trampolines despatch on a next working day delivery service for orders received before 11.00 am, we cannot guarantee that every delivery will arrive the next day, it is for this reason that we quote delivery time of 48 hours. Action Trampolines are unable to advise customers what time the next day their delivery will arrive, If a customer needs a precise time, our carrier offers the option of delivery before noon the next day, at an extact cost of £10 + VAT. We can offer a Saturday delivery for an extra £20 + VAT. If the customer has web access, we can advise them of their consignment details by 9:00 am on the day of delivery. Their consignment details when entered into the carrier's web site will enable the customer to track the progress of their order.

Please note that customers should inspect all deliveries for any obvious damage before signing the delivery note. In particular, slides and wooden platform packs are prone to damage in transit, where corners can be crushed or broken, no matter how carefully we pack and cushion them. Such damage is easily visible upon delivery, and should be noted on the note. The customer's signature effectively accepts delivery as received in good order, we cannot accept responsibility for obviously damaged goods unless the customer notes this damage on the carrier's delivery note.
