| The Staffordshire Oatcake, a regional delicacy, baked on our own premises to a traditional recipe, were exclusive to the Potteries area of Staffordshire until recently, are now available by mail order. Staffordshire Oatcakes are similar to a pancake, but made from white flour, oatmeal and yeast. A take-away Oatcake filled with Bacon & Egg, using the finest Streaky Bacon and Free Range Eggs served hot and ready to eat.
