We will dispatch your order by post or courier. free of charge within the UK. Expected delivery times for custom made items are shown on our main page. International orders may take a little longer. In either case the delivery time will be confirmed when we receive your order. Please contact us or see information shown below for overseas charges and deliveries.Stock items will be despatched within 3 working days.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within one day of ordering, providing your order has not been despatched. We will refund you the full amount paid. In the event of your order already being despatched, please see returns information below.
If your order is not manufactured to your instructions you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please note that changes to your original order or any 'special' instructions must be given in writing/email and confirmed by us prior to manufacture.Please note that custom made goods are non-returnable under any circumstances unless faulty, or not made to your specificatons. If you need to return goods, please contact us beforehand, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. Unless specifically agreed by us in writing/email, returns must be made with 5 days of delivery of original order, with in their original condition and packaging.Refunds will be made to the payment card or method that was initially used to make the purchase, within 7 days of cancellation. Returns can not be accepted on special order products.Goods recieved damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as possible free of charge, to the same specifications as the original order.In certain circumstances we may have to ask for the return of the damaged item.
