You may cancel your order within 2 days of ordering, providing your order has not been despatched. We will refund you the full amount paid. In the event of your order already being despatched, please see returns information below.
If your order is not as ordered as described, or has not been manufactured to your instructions you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods, (please note that any 'special' instructions must be given in writing/email and confirmed by us) prior to manufacture. If you need to return goods, please contact us beforehand, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. Unless specifically agreed by us in writing/email, returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods, in original condition and with the original packaging. Refunds will be made to the payment card or method that was initially used to make the purchase, within 7 days of cancellation. Returns can not be accepted on special order products.
Goods recieved damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as possible free of charge, to the same specifications as the original order. To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing or by email, which we will confirm.
