Charcuterie
Charcuterie has its roots in pre-Roman times, the methods, skills and integrity remains today. Charcuterie at Vallebona is unlike the bland, over traveled, tired produce you see in the shops. We work with small producers passionate about their produce working using traditional curing and smoking methods shared with their forefathers.
Try some of our best classical charcuterie, or something more unusual such as our artisan prosciuttos or salames. Our charctuerie is hand sliced as thinly as possible to allow the delicate flavours to develope. It doesn't sit around, it is sliced, wrapped and sent by courier straight to your door.
For a more substantial serving allow 100g of our charcuterie per person, for a starter or lighter helping 50g is sufficient.
