Tora! comes across in much the same Docudrama way, telling the story of the attack from the point of view of both nations, without presenting any judgements of its own. Even with the clever CGI techniques of movie making today, there is no substitute, and never will be, for live filming of real things, and in this production the aerial sequences alone are just breath taking. A superbly made epic.
