Feeding Recommendations
·Feed as either a top-dressing or as main energy source.
·Add to ration just before feeding.
·Feed in a wet or dry ration
·Can be fed as a warm mash to encourage a fussy or poorly horse.
·Always introduce new feeds gradually.
·Ensure the horse always has access to clean, fresh water.
·Ensure the horse has adequate amounts of fibre in the diet.
NOTE - It can take 6 to 12 weeks for the horse to fully adjust to using oils as the main energy source, and also to begin to reverse a loss of condition.
