Returns Procedure
If you are not satisfied with any item for any reason,
please contact us within seven days of delivery and we
will be pleased to offer you a replacement or full refund.
This is in addition to and not in substitution of your
statutory rights. There is no need to telephone when
sending a return, however, you will need to ensure we
have the invoice and order details in order to identify
you and refund you or provide an exchange item.
We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery,
keeping proof of postage, as the cost of returning the
item to us is the customer’s responsibility. For your own
protection, we recommend you send the parcel via a
service that insures you for the value of the goods. You
will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange
order (when in stock) within two weeks after you post
the goods back to us. Unfortunately, if you’re returning
a present we have to refund the person who paid for
it. If you wish to exchange it, this information will be
passed on to them too. If you have any questions please
