Delivery charges depend on the value of the order and whether delivery is to the UK, US, Canada or outside of these countries. Note that delivery is FREE for orders over £200.00 (UK) or $325.00 (USA and Canada)

All deliveries are either by post or carrier. The latter will normally require a signature. Delivery times Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Cancellations
You may normally cancel your purchase if you notify us before despatch. If there is a fault with your product or some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
