Spaghetti Lunghi al Tonno di Carloforte

Carlofortean Tuna Spaghetti

Carloforte tinned Tuna 50g
Spaghetti from Puglia 75g
Red Onion
Lemon Rind
Fresh Thyme Leaves 6
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Ground Black Pepper

Prepare spaghetti “al dente” in salted water. Slice onion and flash fry in olive oil. Add tuna and spaghetti to the mixture in the pan. Sprinkle the dish with ground black pepper, grated lemon rind and thyme leaves.
