Since Andrew began changework session, people have been seeking his services for a variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, phobias and other psychological problems. His background working in neurosurgery and psychiatry has meant that he also works with psychiatric complaints and many disorders not normally treated by private therapists.

Sessions can be as short as 10 minutes, or as long as 3-4 hours. Essentially, the sessions take as long as they take, there is no "charge by the hour".
