Civet de Sanglier is a fantastic meal from Daniel Mazerolles of Le Vieux Chene and is a meal which has proved to be our most requested since we started our business in 2000. Quite a compliment.

Then there is a new dish created for our customers by Benoit Durand of Les Terrines du Morvan, Mijote de Boeuf. Charolais beef provide the basis for this terrific new addition to our range.

Château Villecourt 2003 Bergerac A stones throw away from Bordeaux (and you would struggle to tell the difference). Much better value, this merlot rich red goes perfectly with the Beef.
