Melag Vacuklav 31B+
MELA-31BThe Melag 31B+ is a "B" Class Vacuum autoclave which fulfils the strictest stipulations of the new European Standard (EN 13060).This autoclave can be used for every type of instrument (including long, narrow-m bore hollow instruments) and every type of packaging (including gauze wrap). Class "B" autoclaves must pass a helix test in accordance with EN 867-5:2001. This is only possible with fractionated pre-vacuum technology. Fractionated pre- vacuum means the removal of air from the sterilization chamber in a pulsed process of repeated evacuation, alternated with periodic inflow of steam.
The 31B+ operates on the single-use water principle and can b linked to a permanent ater treatment system like the 13B model. Like the 13B, it offers five sterilisation programs including two quick programs.
The universal B program takes only 27 minutes without drying (42 minutes including drying time).
