The BELBIN Self-Perception Inventory is an online questionnaire that takes around 20 minutes to complete. It produces a 4-page report that gives you an overview of your behaviour, along with advice on how to project your strengths and be aware of potential weaknesses.

    The Self-Perception Team Role Profile is based on your scoring of the Self-Perception Inventory. It shows your "preferred roles", your "manageable roles" and your "least preferred roles".

  • Counselling Report
    This report offers advice on adopting a management style which fits in with your team role strengths and weaknesses.

  • Character Profile
    This report highlights your strengths and possible wekanesses and offers advice on job placement. If used for recruitment, suggestions are made on questions to ask you bearing in mind your Team Role profile.

  • Personal Work Style Report
    A pie chart shows four styles of working that would suit your Team Role strengths and incldues some suggested phrases to project your Team Role strengths to others.
