DISC Profile

The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) is a DISC-based assessment produced by Thomas International and is recognised by the British Psychological Society for use as a psychological tool.

A DISC profile will provide information on how you behave at work, how you communicate and what motivates you. It will also provide an insight into how you interact with other people (and why) and help you understand how to work with, and manage, others.

Once your profile has been set up online, it takes about five minutes to complete the PPA assessment. You will receive a full report by email within 24 hours and the cost includes a half-hour telephone consultation with a PPA Practitioner to interpret and discuss your results.
