An EI assessment is a predictor of performance, telling you how well you understand and manage your emotions, how well you interpret and deal with the emotions of others and how you use this knowledge to manage relationships.

The assessment is completed online and produces a Global Intelligence Score, which is a snapshot of your general emotional functioning and indicates your perceived ability to understand, process and utilise emotion related information in everyday life. Four further factors are then taken into account and mapped against 15 facets of behaviour.
