Rocco Rosè Brut - Case of 6 x 75cl - 12.00 ABV
This rosè is a very fine and fruity wine, while incredibly dry, elegant and intense in fresh fruity flavour. Rocco Venezia Rosè Brut is produced from the grapes varieties of Pinot Noir and Raboso (local red grape variety), from the vineyards situated on the flat of the Piave river in the Veneto region. This wonderful sparfkilg wine is first made to age using the Charmat (autoclave) method of vinification and then for several more month in the bottle.
*EFFERVESCENCE:* Abundant and full, yet very fine and intense perlage.
*COLOUR:* distinctively rosè reminescent of rose petals with hints of pomegranate, clear and bright.
*BOUQUET:* remarkably fine, intense with a hint of fruit, a delicate and distinctive bouquet.
*TASTE:* fine and fruity, intense fruity flavour and incredibly dry.
