Terms and Conditions of Unique Futons 1.Dispatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 7 to 14 days. We will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date, within 3 days of placing your order. 2.Cancellation and Returns. If you are not satisfied with the goods, within a 7 working day period, you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods, in thier original packaging, unused, and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Returns are subject to a £39 return delivery charge. 3.Damages. In the event of goods arriving damaged please ensure that you sign the paperwork accordingly, if the damage is obvious. We will replace your goods free of charge, providing any such damage is notified to us within 4 working days of receipt of the goods. If you prefer, we will offer a full refund, again providing that notice is given within 4 working days or receipt of the goods. 4.Colours. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software, monitors, and diferences in production batches of raw materials. 5.Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted via a secure server. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 6.Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site. 7.Merchandise faults.We will replace items which have a manufacturing fault for up to 3 months from the date of delivery, after this date parts only will be replaced for up to 12 months from delivery date. No charges will be made for the collection or delivery of faulty parts or items. We will charge for faults and parts which have been damaged by mis-use or neglect. 8.Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
