Setting up PayPal Payments Pro with your Shopcreator store is simple!

Apply for a PayPal Payments Pro account at PayPal. Once you have received your account details log in to your Shopcreator administration system and click on Enable PayPal Pro in the Payment menu.

Initially set the Shopping Cart to test mode by selecting the top option 'Enable a test Pay By PayPal checkout buttons (password protected)'. This allows you to run test transaction through your site to confirm all you account settings are correct.

Then add your account details as provided by PayPal to the 'Your PayPal Merchant ID' fields. Your site logo will automatically be included on the PayPal pages when customers are paying using a PayPal account. Alternatively you have the option to use an different image which can be uploaded.

Once all the fields have been completed click 'Change Account Details' and the site is ready to perform test PayPal transactions. Once you are happy the test transactions have been successful select the 'Enable a live Pay By PayPal Pro checkout buttons in the shopping cart.' option click 'Change Cart Configuration' and your site is ready to take perform live PayPal transactions!
