Setting up PayPal Express Checkout with your Shopcreator store is simple!

Apply for a PayPal Express Checkout account at PayPal. Once you have received your account details log in to your PayPal account and perform the following:

• click on the profile link in the menu bar
• click on API Access in the left hand column
• click on Grant API Permission in the left hand box
• enter "paypalExpressCheckout_api1.shopcreator.com"
• Then on the next screen they'll need to tick:
  • Express_Checkout
  • Admin_API
  • Auth_Settle

Next log in to the Shopcreator administration system and click on Enable PayPal Express in the Payment menu. The form below will be displayed

Add your Merchant Account Username as provided by PayPal to the 'Merchant Account Username' field. Select whether you want to use pre-authorised payments, the type of currency and whether the store is UK based.

Once all the fields have been completed click 'Change Account Details'. Next select the 'radio button' at the top 'Enable a live Pay by PayPal Express checkout buttons in the cart' and click the Cheange Cart Configuration button. The site is then ready to take paymentss using PayPal Express Checkout.
