Setting up PayPal Standard Checkout with your Shopcreator store is simple!

Apply for a PayPal Standard account at PayPal.

Initially set the Shopping Cart to test mode by selecting the top option 'Enable a test Pay By PayPal checkout button (password protected).'. This allows you to run test transaction through your site to confirm all you account settings are correct.

Then add your PayPal Login ID (usually an email address) provided by PayPal to the 'PayPal Login ID' field.

Once all the field has been completed click 'Change Account Details' and the site is ready to perform test PayPal transactions. Once you are happy the test transactions have been successful select the 'Enable a live Pay By PayPal checkout button in the shopping cart.' option click 'Change Cart Configuration' and your site is ready to take perform live PayPal standard transactions!
