The objective of the Dale Photographic project was for Shopcreator to take over the hosting, support and development for going forward so they could take the brand to the next level for their customers. In addition, Dale Photographic wanted to build positive online brand awareness surrounding their product range.

The challange for the Dale Photographic project was to seamlessly migrate the hosting and support over to Shopcreator so they could begin looking at the bespoke developemnt project that would take the company to the next level online. Below are a list of the prject completed within the last 6 months:
Shopcreator’s remit was to address these issues providing Dale Photographic with an enterprise level ecommerce website. The main function was to increase efficiency and productivity whilst improving the customers online purchasing experience and ultimately improving the service that Dale Photographic provides to its customers.
The chosen platform, in this case PrestaShop, had to be integrated with their Finance system, with a pre-requisite to display different pricing for different customers, providing the ability to use promotions. A key requirement was to offer payments via the customer’s account, PayPal, credit/debit card as well accommodating Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure. An area of importance to Dale Photographic was a multi functioning shopping platform for users as well as giving full access to the HTML and CSS of the website to the website Manager. The previous version of the Care Shop website had been live since August 2012. The project commenced in July 2015 and despite a few third party delays the go live deadline of January 25th 2016 was achieved.
The project post migration review provided by Stephen Ridsdale was extremely positive.

I cannot recommend Shopcreator highly enough! I came into the project after it started and I was made to feel part of the process from the get go. All communication was prompt and easy to understand, regardless of who I spoke to within the team... they have all been brilliant. The way our internal systems work meant this was never going to be the most straight forward project for them and there were a number of delays internally. This led to time spent testing the site being reduced but this didn't affect their quality of work in the slightest. Everyone within the wider business is very impressed with the end result and I would highly recommend Shopcreator to anyone wanting a new website. Keep up the great work guys!
